Group Training

These workouts include a greater degree of intensity and difficulty. This program is tailored for those of you out there that want a little more out of your fitness program. You’ll be exposed to a wide array of movements and programs. No gimmicks, just proven methods for getting individuals strong, fast and fit. Your coach will provide you with the tools to reach new strength levels and push yourself beyond what you thought was achievable. Our general Group Training program is deep rooted in traditional strength and conditioning protocol. Block perodization, running multiple weeks, and sometimes months. We believe that having clear cut goals and objectives give our athletes the motivation to get the most out of each block they participate in. The overall goal of the Group Training program is to develop a well rounded, functional body. As to facilitate lifelong physical health and wellness while creating the foundation to support a more demanding strength and conditioning program. In the Group Training program you will develop a symmetrical musculature that can support a full range of motion in all athletic positions. You will build the connective tissue, tendon strength and muscle mass to provide you a platform for the utmost health and wellness as well as a basis for future athletic development if you so desire. The program relies heavily on tempos or “time under tension” throughout particular portions of the year. Time under tension allows you to develop strength and muscle quickly while acquiring a thorough kinesthetic awareness of the required positions in weight lifting and gymnastics. We cycle this style of training during the year so that all of our athletes, regardless of experience or ability, can learn to control the body positions that are safe during weight lifting. You will also receive exposure to increasingly heavy loads as you become ready. The workouts over time will begin to include greater degrees of intensity and difficulty.
